SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping — UAE

We offer delivery across all emirates. Orders to Tier 1 cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) are delivered within 1–2 business days. Other emirates may require up to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are processed the same day.

GCC Shipping

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance in the destination country.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 6–7 business days from dispatch. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for UAE orders only. Orders returned under COD are subject to a nominal shipping fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund or store credit. This fee covers the cost of the outbound and return shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Mayf Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
